An organization is a set of stakeholders comprising of investors, owners, management, employees, customers and suppliers. Policies provide framework and structure to decision making for one’s organization. It is necessary for attainment of objectives of the organization.  Procedures guide action for implementation of each policy. It is explained in the form of special sequence of activities.

Policies and Procedures provide a roadmap for day-to-day operations. They ensure compliance with laws and regulations, give guidance for decision-making and streamline internal processes

We at 800PROFIT value it as much in attaining our core objective of Profitability of the organization’s operations. We begin developing or reviewing the draft of policies & procedures of the organization at the beginning of our work, the Diagnostic Study Stage.
