As part of our CSR activities, we undertake the two mega projects –

UAE started Ministry of Happiness in 2016, precisely in February 2016, the UAE Government created the post of Minister of State for Happiness and appointed Her Excellency Ohood bint Khalfan Al Roumi as the Minister, with the single-minded goal of making the country amongst the top five happiest countries in the world by 2021. Some of the initiatives are:
  • Appointing CEOs for happiness and positivity at all government bodies
  • Establishing councils for happiness and positivity at federal entities
  • Allocating time for happiness-related programmes and activities at the federal government
  • Establishing offices for happiness and positivity
  • Transforming customer service centres into customer happiness centres
Moreover, UAE declared year 2017 as the year of giving. It was to build a character amongst all of us to participate and contribute for growth of others. Such character-building themes doesn’t end when the year gets over, but it continues and grow further
We couldn’t make out a better combination than this to club Happiness Ministry Agenda with the Drive for Giving.

We would love to partner with 100 Companies to set up a Happiness Department in their Corporate Set Up.

Without compromising on the necessary Skillset for this premium department, forming this structure is possible in 2 ways:
  1. Upgrading within or Additional Portfolio Within
  2. New Hiring from Outside

Who will Fund it? How will the expenses of this new department be met?

We will generate Increased Profit through our Profit Model, sufficient to meet the Cost of running this department.
The above Happiness Department in one Organization, consisting of 3 employees, will start transforming / influencing lives and mindset of at least 3,000 people towards happiness. Benefits of having this department will be multi-fold. Organization will re-look, redefine and practice richer values and cultivate a culture of happiness and positivity.
We will apply the same principles of our Profit Model i.e. Profit Improvement to our contributions to welfare schemes for Blue Collars.

How will it work?

The above image can be understood as follows – If we make an Earning of AED 1.00 M, then 20% of it i.e. AED 200,000 will be invested. At the end of the period, 50% of invested amount i.e. AED 100,000 will be contributed and also 50% of the Returns, say 30% – AED 60,000, which comes to AED 30,000. So, at the end of the period our contribution will be AED 130,000.
